CHRYSLER Wrangler Recall

Engine may stall

CHRYSLER announced a problem with the Wrangler affecting a total of 57 vehicles.

Under certain operating conditions it has been identified that the engine might stall due to incorrect programming of the totally integrated power module (TIPM). Vehicles built from 1/1/2007 to 7/19/2007 are at risk.

Recalled vehicles will have the TPIM re-programmed.

If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should find your nearest CHRYSLER dealer who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
