MERCEDES BENZ BUS announced a problem with the Koch Sprinter affecting a total of 54 vehicles.
Possibility that the handbrake cable may snap Vehicles built from 04/01/2002 to 04/01/2004 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Likely to be affected vehicles will be recalled for the fitting of an up-rated, and re-routed parking brake cable.
