Increased brake pedal travel

MERCEDES BENZ Vito, Traveliners and Viano recall Oct 2008

MERCEDES BENZ announced a problem with the Vito, Traveliners and Viano affecting a total of 321 vehicles.

It has been identified that subject vehicles have been fitted with an incorrect brake master cylinder. This has the effect of the brake pedal having to travel further before the brakes take effect.

Recalled vehicles will have the brake master cylinder replaced.
