PORSCHE announced a problem with the 911 CARRERA, 911 CARRERA S, 911 TURBO, 911 GT2. affecting a total of 16 vehicles.
It has been identified that, it is possible that the threaded joints on the chassis of subject vehicles may not have been tightened to the prescribed torque. This may result in the screws becoming loose, resulting in noises from around the vehicle. Should the screws detach, steering control can become impaired.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject joints checked to ensure that they are tightened to the correct torque.
