VAUXHALL announced a problem with the Corsa D affecting a total of 6,086 vehicles.
It has been identified that due to a manufacturing deviation, the base material for the telescopic tube of the intermediate steering shaft may lack the required rigidity. This may lead to breakage of the shaft, which in the worst case would lead to loss of steering control.
Recalled vehicles will be fitted with a quality assured steering shaft.
If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should
