MERCEDES BENZ announced a problem with the Folding Bike affecting a total of 30 vehicles.
There is a risk that the seat tube may break. This is most likely to occur in the event of sudden jolts. Vehicles built from 1/1/2009 to 31/3/2009 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the machines that are likely to be affected so the owner can choose whether to accept a full refund or to return the machine to the manufacturer for rectification.
