Possibility of transfer of incorrect control unit software which could affect engine shut off control in an emergency situation or the on board diagnosis system or tank/speedometer signal Vehicles built from 1/1/2004 to 10/8/2008 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and replace SAM control unit
