PEUGEOT announced a problem with the Boxer affecting a total of 1,907 vehicles.
The spare wheel winch may fail and not secure the wheel to the vehicle, so allowing it to detach from the vehicle. Vehicles built from 18/2/2006 to 16/10/2007 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall all affected vehicles and replace the spare wheel winch.
