SAAB announced a problem with the 10/05/16 affecting a total of 1,894 vehicles.
The material in the left hand front steering swivel member may be faulty. This can lead to the steering swivel member's lower mounting to the ball joint breaking and the car losing steering control.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall all potentially affected vehicles examing the steering knuckles and replace any found to be in defective batch.
