MAZDA announced a problem with the E2000 SK affecting a total of 537 vehicles.
The radiation of heat from the exhaust pipe may cause heat deterioration of the high pressure steering hoses. This will result in cracking of the hoses and the leak of steering fluid. Vehicles built from 08/20/1999 to 10/26/2001 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Replace the high-pressure hoses on all the affected vehicles with ones fitted with additional heat resistance material.
If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should
