BENTLEY MOTOR CARS ARNAGE Recall

Possible fouling of fuel & brake pipes

BENTLEY MOTOR CARS ARNAGE recall Oct 2003BENTLEY MOTOR CARS announced a problem with the ARNAGE affecting a total of 357 vehicles.

The potential exists for a foul to occur between the brake modulator pipe and the fuel pipe entering the fuel cooler and a further foul between the brake modulator pre-charge pump and the brake pipes. This may result in eventual abrasive damage to the pipes and possible leakage

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall likely affected vehicles to check gap between pipes. If found to be too close or if corrosion protection has worn off, remedial action will be taken. In the unlikely event of excessive abrasion, the affected pipes will be replaced.

If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should find your nearest BENTLEY MOTOR CARS dealer who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
