LAND ROVER DISCOVERY Recall

Throttle may stick in open position
LAND ROVER DISCOVERY recall Mar 2004LAND ROVER announced a problem with the DISCOVERY affecting a total of 168 vehicles.

The throttle spindle within the throttle body may stick in the open position when the accelerator pedal is released. Vehicles built from 01/27/2003 to 03/26/2003 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured throttle body.

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:

3A805635 to 3A814411
