MERCEDES BENZ announced a problem with the Vito and Viano affecting a total of 260 vehicles.
Oil may leak from the bottom of the engine oil filler neck. If not rectified this could lead to oil leaking onto the road surface and/or engine damage due to insufficient lubrication. Vehicles built from 1/1/2009 to 31/12/2009 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the engine oil filler neck.
