OPTARE SOLO Recall

Driver's seat may collapse should the adjusting mechanism be subject to wear.

OPTARE announced a problem with the SOLO affecting a total of 480 vehicles.

It has been identified that under intensive operational conditions, the driver's seat mechanism can wear, and allow the seat to collapse. Vehicles built from 1/1/2004 to 1/31/2007 are at risk.

Recalled vehicles will have the driver's seat exchanged.

If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should find your nearest OPTARE dealer who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
