MASERATI 4200 Recall

Possibility that the fuel hose may separate

MASERATI 4200 recall Apr 2004MASERATI announced a problem with the 4200 affecting a total of 350 vehicles.

Due to a possible manufacturing defect there is a risk that the fuel hose may separate where the rubber hose joins the metal connector. this may result in fuel leaking into the engine bay, with the attendant fire risk. Vehicles built from 03/01/2001 to 03/01/2004 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and replace pipe with modified type

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:

ZAMBB18C000005129 to ZAMBC38C000012383
