PEUGEOT 207 - PETROL Recall

Possibility of an electrical short circuit

PEUGEOT 207 - PETROL recall Apr 2007PEUGEOT announced a problem with the 207 - PETROL affecting a total of 416 vehicles.

It has been identified that, the alternator terminal wiring could be positioned too close to the exhaust heat shield. Under extreme conditions, this proximity could result in an electrical short circuit.

Recalled vehicles will checked, and the subject terminal repositioned as necessary.
