Concern that the lower axle swivel joint was not tightened correctly
PEUGEOT announced a problem with the 307 affecting a total of 14,109 vehicles.
There is a risk that the lower swivel joint, on the front suspension, has not been sufficiently tightened. Vehicles built from 03/15/2004 to 06/06/2004 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Check the mounting and tightness of the joint, if found out of specification, replace the joint.

who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
