BMW Mini announced a problem with the Mini affecting a total of 163 vehicles.
The Anti - Roll Bar fitted to the rear axle has too large a diameter. Detachment may occur with loss of directional control Vehicles built from 7/16/2007 to 10/27/2007 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicle and replace Anti - Roll Bar.

find your nearest BMW Mini dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
