FIAT announced a problem with the Panda (all types with ABS) affecting a total of 25,977 vehicles.
There is a possibility of a short circuit in the ABS control unit due to infiltration of chemical solutions. Vehicles built from 6/1/2003 to 4/30/2007 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and replace ABS module with modified type, which is also fitted with plastic cover

who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
