VAUXHALL Movano B Recall

Rear wheel bearing may shear

VAUXHALL announced a problem with the Movano B affecting a total of 190 vehicles.

It is possible that the rear wheel bearing has been damaged whilst it was assembled onto the stub axle. This should be identified by excessive noise, however, in the worst case, if not detected, it could result in bearing failure and the detachment of the wheel and hub. Vehicles built from 12/15/2009 to 04/22/2010 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall all the affected vehicles and replace the wheel bearings with new items, which will have protective sleeves to aid correct installation.

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:

WOLMRFEAC42079154 to WOLMRF2CCAB967598

How to check your car's VIN number - vehicle identification number
