HONDA ACCORD COUPE Recall

Instrument panel lights may fail

HONDA ACCORD COUPE recall Oct 2004HONDA announced a problem with the ACCORD COUPE affecting a total of 2,737 vehicles.

Due to the possibility of a transistor failure in the multiplex control system, the instrument panel lights may fail. Vehicles built from 07/01/1998 to 07/01/1999 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Affected vehicles will be recalled and the affected part replaced.

If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should find your nearest HONDA dealer who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
