CITROEN C8 Recall

Braking may be affected

CITROEN C8 recall May 2006CITROEN announced a problem with the C8 affecting a total of 5,062 vehicles.

Braking assistance could be adversely affected by freezing of moisture that may accumulate in the vacuum circuit. Vehicles built from 07/08/2003 to 11/29/2004 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that may be affected and fit a separate air vent complete with filter to each electro valve fitted to the vacuum circuit.

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:

VF7******13094386 to VF7******13202057
