MAN announced a problem with the X Type affecting a total of 189 vehicles.
It has been identified that the positive electrical cable between the battery and the starter can chafe on the chassis frame. If ignored the potential exists for an outbreak of fire.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject cable rerouted.
