RENAULT announced a problem with the Scenic II affecting a total of 66,735 vehicles.
The parking brake may apply without input from the driver as a result of a programming error.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check and where necessary reprogramme the electronic parking brake computer.

find your nearest RENAULT dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
