LAND ROVER announced a problem with the Discovery 3 & Range Rover Sport affecting a total of 277 vehicles.
Some vehicles may have been manufactured with a seat belt buckle mounting with a tensile strength below the required standard. If in the event of an accident, where the rear left second row seat belt was being used, the buckle may not be fully retained. Vehicles built from 08/23/2005 to 09/12/2005 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the affected vehicles, inspect and replace seat belt buckle where required.

SALLSAA136A917993 to SALLSAA136A919707 SALLAAA176A355648 to SALLAAA176A356888
