Ball joint may detach from tie rod
RENAULT TRUCKS UK LTD announced a problem with the PREMIUM DCI AND KARAX DCI affecting a total of 330 vehicles.
The tie rod may separate from the ball joint which could result in loss of directional control. Vehicles built from 12/01/2004 to 03/31/2005 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit new tie rods.
