Fire may occur |
IVECO BUS announced a problem with the Scolarbus CC150E.24FP affecting a total of 95 vehicles.
It has been identified that the possibility exists; for the engine compartment cover seal to become dislodged during service. Should this occur, the seal could fall onto the engine causing a fire. Vehicles built from 11/1/2001 to 6/30/2006 are at risk.
Recalled vehicles will have the engine compartment cover seal checked for security and condition. It will be renewed as necessary, or refitted using an adhesive.
