ASTON MARTIN DB9 Coupe, DB9 Volante, V8 Vantage Coupe, V8 Vantage Roadster and DBS Coupe Recall
Steering may be affected
ASTON MARTIN announced a problem with the DB9 Coupe, DB9 Volante, V8 Vantage Coupe, V8 Vantage Roadster and DBS Coupe affecting a total of 1,038 vehicles.
It has been established that the front suspension bottom suspension arm cam-bolt may be out of specification. It is possible that these bolts could crack and fail. This could, in extreme cases, affect the directional control of the vehicle. Vehicles built from 1/3/2007 to 30/9/2007 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall all affected vehicles for the replacement of the cam-bolt.
