AIR bag warning lamp

FORD FIESTA recall Aug 2002

FORD announced a problem with the FIESTA affecting a total of 11,352 vehicles.

Air bag warning lamp may fail to illuminate continuously when a fault is identified in the front crash detectors. Vehicles built from 08/01/2001 to 04/18/2002 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Replace air bag control module with a later specification unit
