AIR bag may not deploy in an impact

AUDI A8 recall Oct 2006

AUDI announced a problem with the A8 affecting a total of 1,543 vehicles.

It may be possible that the driver's airbag may not inflate in an optimum manner during a collision. Vehicles built from 12/01/2002 to 05/01/2005 are at risk.

Recalled vehicles will have the driver's airbag replaced.

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:
