RENAULT Clio Recall

Passenger air bag security
RENAULT Clio recall Dec 2001RENAULT announced a problem with the Clio affecting a total of 894 vehicles.

There is a possibility that one of the four securing bolts may be missing which could cause incorrect deployment of the air bag during operation. Vehicles built from 07/27/2000 to 07/29/2000 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and replace any missing air bag securing bolts.
