MERCEDES BENZ announced a problem with the Sprinter 906 affecting a total of 23 vehicles.
Rivets retaining the seat cushion of the front passenger seat may be too small and, in an accident, may not retain the cushion. This could lead to an increased risk of injury. Vehicles built from 1/1/2010 to 31/12/2010 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the double front passenger bench seat.
