CADILLAC CHEVROLET CORVETTE (AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL) Recall
Steering may lock
CADILLAC announced a problem with the CHEVROLET CORVETTE (AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL) affecting a total of 62 vehicles.
On identified models it has been established that, under certain conditions the steering locking mechanism may operate whilst the vehicle is being driven.
Recalled vehicles will have the control module reprogrammed, and checks made to ensure adequate lock plate clearance. If necessary, the lock plate will be replaced.
