CITROEN announced a problem with the RELAY III affecting a total of 2,779 vehicles.
It has been identified that, a problem may arise with the steering mechanism which can result in hardness whilst manoeuvring. Vehicles built from 7/18/2006 to 3/8/2007 are at risk.
Recalled vehicles will have the steering mechanism checked and lubricated. The mechanism will be replaced if found to be damaged. At the same time certain vehicles will have key components reinforced against the ingress of water. Thus preventing operating faults in the long term.
If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should
find your nearest CITROEN dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
