RENAULT announced a problem with the Trafic II affecting a total of 26,355 vehicles.
It has been identified that the possibility exists, that the handbrake cable intermediate connector may break. Should this occur, the handbrake function would be lost. Vehicles built from 1/1/2006 to 5/29/2008 are at risk.
Recalled vehicles will have the handbrake intermediate connector replaced.

find your nearest RENAULT dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
