Moisture may penetrate the steering shaft and cause corrosion Vehicles built from 10/01/1999 to 10/01/1999 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall all likely to be affected vehicles. Check steering shaft. If moisture has penetrated shaft, replace shaft.
