JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE Recall

Front seat heating elements may overheat

JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE recall Mar 2007JEEP announced a problem with the GRAND CHEROKEE affecting a total of 6,148 vehicles.

It has been identified that the front seat heating elements may overheat. This in extreme circumstances, may result in an interior fire. Vehicles built from 1/1/2002 to 12/31/2005 are at risk.

Recalled vehicles will have both front seat heating elements replaced.

If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should find your nearest JEEP dealer who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
