CITROEN announced a problem with the C3 and DS3 affecting a total of 25 vehicles.
On affected vehicles the drivers airbag nay not be of conformity. This non-conformity could lead to poor deployment of the airbag in the event of a collision. Vehicles built from 07/19/2011 to 07/19/2011 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Replace drivers airbag
Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:
VF7******BW590603 to VF7******BW593809 VF7******BW590603 to VF7******BW593809
If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should
find your nearest CITROEN dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
