MITSUBISHI L200 CR Double Cab Recall

Rear protection bar may detach
MITSUBISHI announced a problem with the L200 CR Double Cab affecting a total of 590 vehicles.

It is possible that cracking can occur in the area of the welds on the mounting bracket to tube of the rear under protection bar. This, in extreme cases, if not rectified, could result in the detachment of the bar from the vehicle.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the affected vehicles and replace the bar with a modified type.
