FIAT announced a problem with the NEW ULYSSE affecting a total of 340 vehicles.
In some cases, due to the non-compliance of the engine ECU software, the engine failure warning lamp may illuminate. As a consequence, the vacuum assistance available to the braking system may be reduced. Vehicles built from 08/01/2003 to 07/31/2004 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and re-programme the engine ECU with updated software.
