Sound deadening guard may become detached

FIAT NEW ULYSSE (WITH JTD ENGINE) recall Oct 2005FIAT announced a problem with the NEW ULYSSE (WITH JTD ENGINE) affecting a total of 2,860 vehicles.

It is possible for the fastenings of the sound deadening guard to become loose. Consequently the guard could become detached whilst the vehicle is in motion. Vehicles built from 01/01/2002 to 11/30/2004 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace all the fastenings with new captive fasteners and bolts.

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:

ZFA17900001300000 to ZFA17900013197160
