MAN announced a problem with the 14.220 HOCL affecting a total of 34 vehicles.
Mounting plate for rear axle location may break and allow the axle to become insecure.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the cast mounting plate (81.43240-0141) for a modified mounting plate.

who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
