PROTON announced a problem with the GEN-2 & SATRIA NEO affecting a total of 4,031 vehicles.
In certain loaded conditions the vehicle jack may fail causing the vehicle to drop during a wheel change operation.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the existing jack with one of a new design.

who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
