MERCEDES BENZ announced a problem with the VITO & VIANO affecting a total of 152 vehicles.
The window in the rear vent window may have detached itself from both front mounts. It is therefore possible that the rear vent window detaches itself from the body. Vehicles built from 1/1/2006 to 31/12/2006 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to exchange the rear vent window/both rear vent windows.

who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
