PEUGEOT announced a problem with the 207 affecting a total of 2,009 vehicles.
The windscreen wiper wiring may be contacted by the wiper mechanism. If there is prolonged contact between the wiring and mechanism there is a risk of the wiper function failing.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check and if necessary reposition the wiring.
