CHRYSLER announced a problem with the JEEP WRANGLER affecting a total of 279 vehicles.
The cup plug on the automatic transmission parking pawl may be incorrectly installed. Thus even when park is selected, it may be possible that the vehicle could roll away.
Recalled vehicles will have a bracket fitted to the transmission cup plug.
If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should
find your nearest CHRYSLER dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
