RENAULT TRUCKS UK LTD MIDLUM EURO 2 recall Jul 2006RENAULT TRUCKS UK LTD announced a problem with the MIDLUM EURO 2 affecting a total of 1,100 vehicles.

It has been identified that, the risk of a short circuit exists between individual wires of the engine wiring loom.

Recalled vehicles will have the engine wiring loom checked for condition and wear, and will proceed as follows. If no wiring cores are visible, a protective sheath will be fitted to the wiring loom. If the core of one or more of the wires is visible the wiring loom will be replaced.
