IVECO TRAKKER Recall

Possible reduction of braking efficiency

IVECO announced a problem with the TRAKKER affecting a total of 291 vehicles.

It has been identified that, the possibility exists that the Duo-Duplex brake adjusting mechanism may non operate correctly. Should this be the case, possible loss of front and rear brake adjustment may occur, which can result in loss of braking efficiency on both the service and parking brake systems. Vehicles built from 6/28/2005 to 1/31/2008 are at risk.

Recalled vehicles will have the brake stations of both the front and rear axles fitted with a modified brake adjuster kit.
