DAF CF75, CF85 & XF105 Recall

Possible air leaks on brake circuit

DAF announced a problem with the CF75, CF85 & XF105 affecting a total of 340 vehicles.

The recoiling of the Hytrel pipes during fitment at production may cause the pipes to split at the pipe connection on the hand brake circuit (Circuit 3).

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall all affected vehicles for the inspection and if required, the replacement of the brake pipes.

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:

E905565 to E910246
E905565 to E910246
