MERCEDES BENZ announced a problem with the ML Class affecting a total of 20,419 vehicles.
It has been identified that a fault in the brake light switch may, in very rare cases, cause the cruise control to not deactivate when the brake is applied.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the affected vehicles and replace the brake switch.
Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:
WDC1631131A256307 to WDC1631752A371862 4JG1631541A166603 to 4JG1631751A336847
